Halton Police have taken swift action following a disturbing incident aboard a Go Transit Bus, resulting in the arrest of a suspect and the laying of charges related to a sexual assault.

AT around 12:45 pm, passengers aboard a westbound Go Transit Bus passing through Burlington were subjected to a distressing ordeal. A male suspect, later identified as Cameron Henry (26) of No Fixed Address, allegedly exposed himself and engaged in lewd behaviour while making physical advances toward a female passenger. The victim promptly alerted the bus driver, ensuring the safety of all passengers. Fortunately, the female passenger sustained no physical injuries during the incident.

Henry now faces charges of sexual assault and failing to comply with a probation order. He is currently in custody awaiting a bail hearing, as per authorities.

It has been revealed that Henry regularly utilizes public transit systems for inter-jurisdictional travel. Investigators fear that there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward. As such, they urge anyone with relevant information or who may have been similarly victimized by Henry to contact the police immediately.
