Freezing Rain Warning for Milton

A freezing rain warning has been issued for Milton.  Freezing rain is expected to throughout the evening shifting to ice pellets overnight.

It will change again to snow early Thursday morning as colder air is pumped in from the north in the wake of this large and messy low pressure area. About 2 to 5 cm of snow are expected.

Power outages may occur.  Report them by calling Milton Hydro at: 1-800-664-9376.  If street lights are out, call: 905-878-7252 ext. 2536.  Snow is expected to clear out of the area by around 12pm Thursday.
