Ready for your COVID-19 booster? The #GOVAXX bus is making a stop here in Milton.
Where: 55 Ontario St (Milton Mall), at the corner of Ontario St. South, and Main St
When: Tuesday December 28, 2021. Hours: 10:30 am to 7pm
How to book appointments: Due to demand, the province is asking to book appointments in advance through the provincial website or call: 1-833-943-3900
What… to bring: Your health card or government-issued identification such as a driver’s license, passport, status card or birth certificate. Wear clothing that allows for easy access to upper arm such as a T-shirt or loose fitting top, and a mask.
Notes: Kids 5-11 years of age will get a paediatric Pfizer dose, while those over the age of 12 will receive an adult dose
