The Halton Police are contacting the public for assistance locating Oneil Ramkissoon (45) of Burlington, who has been reported missing.
Oneil was last seen near Skyview Drive and North Service Road in Burlington on the evening of January 14, 2024.
Described as a male with brown skin, approximately 170 cm (5’6) tall, 82 kgs (180 lbs) with a medium build, short black hair, and brown eyes, Oneil is believed to be wearing a grey winter coat and grey shoes.
Given his vulnerable state, the police and Oneil’s family are expressing concern for his well-being. With cold temperatures prevailing, there is particular apprehension about his safety as it is likely he is on foot.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Oneil’s whereabouts or any details that may aid in locating him to contact the police promptly.
