Halton Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Wanted Suspect Trevor Adams

The Halton Police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating Trevor Adams, wanted for a series of criminal offences stemming from an incident on June 23, 2023.

Adams, identified as a white male standing approximately 6 feet tall and weighing around 180 lbs, is being sought in connection with a collision near the intersection of Maple Avenue and Fairview Street in Burlington. On that date, Adams was involved in the crash but opted to flee the scene without checking on the well-being of the other driver or exchanging necessary information. Despite being located by police shortly after that, Adams evaded apprehension again. Subsequent attempts to locate and arrest him have proven unsuccessful, and he is believed to be actively evading law enforcement.

Adams faces charges including failure to stop after an accident, flight from a peace officer, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, possession of property obtained by crime, and taking a motor vehicle without consent.

While Adams has known ties to the Burlington area, investigators now believe he may reside in Hamilton. The Halton Police are urgently appealing to the community for any information that could aid in locating Trevor Adams. Residents are strongly advised not to approach him directly but to contact the police immediately if they have any pertinent information.
