Halton Police Wonder: Who Did This?

The Halton Regional Police are investigating a rash of graffiti “WHO” tags which have been popping up around the Town of Milton in recent weeks.

The One District Criminal Investigations Bureau Street Crime Unit needs your help identifying a serial tagger.  Since May 1st 2017, this tagger has left 43 known tags across the town.
From Lion’s Sports Park down to Louis St Laurent Ave, the tagging appears to be focused around Thompson Road South, especially concentrated in the area of Bessy Trail and Slessor Heights.  The value of damage has yet to be determined. Graffiti is an act of vandalism and it places a significant burden on the Town of Milton.
