On Thursday January 26th, at 11:36 a.m., police commenced an investigation in relation to attempted robbery at a home on Scott Boulevard in Milton.
Three males reportedly had entered the home and demanded property. A 25 year old male resident of the home attempted to resist the intruder’s efforts and began to usher them out of the home. During the confrontation one of the male suspects brandished an edged weapon. Another resident heard the commotion and quickly called police. All three males then quickly fled the scene.
Uniform and several K9 officers responded to the scene. A search of the surrounding area for the suspects, was unsuccessful. The male resident received minor injuries as a result of the altercation. He was treated at the scene.
Police believe this is not a random incident and there is no threat to public safety.
Males are described as:
- Male, Black, 6ft, puffy black jacket, dark pants and a dark bandanna covering his face
- Male, Black, 5’8, green jacket dark pants and a dark bandanna covering his face
- Male, 6ft, dark complexion, black jacket, black pants and bandanna covering his face
