Milton Residents Affected by Intermodal Locations (Milton RAIL) has made an e-petition against Canadian National’s (C.N.) plans for an Logistics facility in south Milton. Click here to sign it.
C.N. first announced plans for a 400 acre logistics facility last year. It has faced strong opposition including the formation of two citizens’ groups one of which is Milton RAIL. The facility faces an Environmental Assessment (EA) under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (C.E.A.A.), a process that could take as long as 2 years.
If you have already signed a hard copy version of the petition you do not have to sign a second time.
