Toys for Tots program partners with Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation

TORONTO – As we enter the month of November, the Halton Regional Police Service is once again looking to organize events and seek assistance related to its annual Toys for Tots program.

“As in years past, we are looking to collect as many toys as possible to aid those less fortunate in the Halton Region. To improve the delivery of the program this year, we have formed a new and exciting partnership with the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation,” it said in a press release.

The Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation is a Milton-based charity started by wrestling legends, humanitarians and philanthropists; Tiger Jeet Singh and his son Tiger Ali Singh. For the last nine years, the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation has organized their “Miracle on Main Street” event which has raised millions of dollars for children and families in need who live in the region.

By partnering with the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation, the Halton Police Service will be able to enhance its already successful Toys for Tots program and work collaboratively to help more families in need than ever before. It should be noted that the organizations and schools our Police Service already assist will not be impacted by this collaboration.

If you or someone you know is in need of assistance over the holiday season or you are interested in partnering with the Halton Regional Police Service to collect toys or gift cards, you can contact at 905-825-4747 ext. 4868 (4TOT) or by emailing ToysForTots@haltonpolice.ca.
