At approximately 6:00 am on June 30, 2020 the Halton Regional Police Service located a deceased male near the intersection of Guelph Line and No.10 Sideroad in Milton.
There is no known related threat to public safety at this time. There is a heavy police presence at this location and police are asking the public to avoid the area at this time. Police are looking for dashcam footage from the area of Guelph Line north of 401 to 10 sideroad between 8 p.m. last night and 6 a.m. this morning.

Update: Deceased now Considered a Homicide
The male found this morning by Halton Police is now thought to be a homicide. A post-mortem will be done at the office of Ontario’s Chief Coroner.
Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS)’s Homicide squad has taken control of the investigation. They are asking residents for video from between the hours of 10 p.m. on June 29, 2020 and 6 a.m. on June 30. If you have any, residents are being asked to contact the homicide tip line at: 905-825-4776.
