HDSB to Review Milton Elementary School Boundaries

The Halton District School Board is hosting a public information meeting regarding the boundaries for the new Martin Street Public School in Milton, which could potentially impact other Milton elementary schools. The school is scheduled to open in September 2017.

The meeting will occur on:

DATE:             Tuesday, January 17, 2017 

TIME:              7-8 p.m.

LOCATION:   Craig Kielburger Secondary School, 1151 Ferguson Drive, Milton

The meeting will provide an opportunity to share information about the boundary review process for the new Martin Street Public School, review scenarios for the boundaries, and gather public feedback. A number of schools could be potentially impacted by this boundary review including:

Anne J. MacArthur, Brookville, Bruce Trail, Chris Hadfield, E. W. Foster, Escarpment View, Hawthorne Village, J. M. Denyes, Martin Street, Robert Baldwin, Sam Sherratt and W. I. Dick.

The scenarios to be presented at the meeting will be posted on the Halton District School Board website prior to the meeting. Please review the scenarios before the meeting.
