HRPS Continues to Respond to Impaired Driving Calls

On January 3, 2019, just before 3:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Limestone Road and Macarthur Drive in Milton. As a result of an investigation, Mark Wysocki (48) of Milton was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On January 4, 2019, just after 4:30 pm, Halton Police officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of Sedgewick Crescent and Rebecca Street in Oakville. As a result of an investigation, Adam Djuk (51) of Oakville was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On January 4, 2019, just after 10:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Great Lakes Boulevard and Lakeshore Road in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, William Neff (52) of Oakville was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On January 5, 2019, at 8:00 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Trafalgar Road and Oak Park Boulevard in Oakville. As a result of an investigation, Kelly Martin (54) of Oakville was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On January 5, 2019, just after 11:15 pm, Halton Police officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of Princess Anne Drive and Charles Street in Georgetown. As a result of an investigation, Alexander Mackenzie (22) of Georgetown was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On January 6, 2019, just after 7:00 pm, Halton Police responded to a collision in the area of Morrison Road and Cynthia Lane in Oakville. As a result of an investigation, Miladin Radovanovic (57) of Etobicoke was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On January 6, 2019, just after 7:00 pm, Halton Police responded to a collision in the area of Bronte Street South and McLaughlin Avenue in Milton. As a result of an investigation, Parbir Singh (28) of Burlington was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.

On January 6, 2019, just after 8:30 pm, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Headon Forest Drive and Constable Henshaw Boulevard in Burlington. As a result of an investigation, Dianna Haist (52) of Burlington was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
