Be That Guy is a wellness initiative with a goal of “Nurturing, and enhancing the community where we live.” On February 23, founder Joe De Sousa brought the project to Milton as Mayor Gord Krantz proclaimed Be That Guy Day at a fundraiser for Halton Women’s Place.
Attendees heard from Milton MP Adam van Koeverden, and the Dads of Milton. The Dads of Milton (DoM) are an online Facebook group for Milton area fathers. They are working to establish a wellness pillar for the group.
