Camp registration is scheduled to start February 11. Online registration for Milton residents starts at 6 am on February 11 online and walk-in registration begins at 9 am at Town facilities. Registration for non-Milton residents opens two days later on February 13. This date marks an earlier start to registration to help parents secure activities further in advance of the summer break.
“Every summer has a story,” said Kristene Scott, Commissioner of Community Services “Summer camps are a great way for kids to stay active, develop friendships and make memories.”
To help parents with planning the Summer Camp Guide is now available at Town facilities. The guide showcases the variety of camps being offered this year. New camps include; Virtual Reality Character Design, Mobile Video Game Creation and Intro to Coding and Video Game Design. Returning favorites include; Splash, Visual Arts, Summer Fun, Ultimate Sports, Lego Camp and more.
Camps are offered for children aged 4 – 15 years. Teens 13+ also have the opportunity to participate in our Leader in Training program to gain valuable leadership skills and prepare them for possible future camp jobs or volunteer opportunities with the Town of Milton.
