A taste of events going on in Milton this weekend.
Saturday:
9 a.m.- 2 p.m.: Yuletide Fair: Grace Anglican Church starts getting into the Christmas spirit with an annual Yuletide Fair. Get a jump on shopping at sewing, and knitting tables. Or find that perfect Christmas craft.
5-9 p.m.: Fish Fry at the Legion: Craving Fish& Chips? Come on out to the Canadian Legion Branch 136. Tickets are $12, and the evening includes music provided by Rockin’ Rob Hewlett. More information here
Sunday
1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m: Soldiers’ Memorial Haltonville: Residents of Halton can pay their respects to soldiers. The Parade begins at 1:45 p.m. and runs along a stretch of 15 Side Road from Amos Drive to the cenotaph. More information here.
