Is your New Year’s resolution to do more for you? Make this New Year all about you! To help residents get active in 2019, The Town of Milton is offering a FREE fitness week.
For the month of January, you can try out the fitness centres and fitness classes at any Town facility for one week free! Try drop in classes such as bootcamp, mind body flow, Zumba and more to get you moving and shaking. Then pop into one of the fitness centres and have our qualified staff give you a tour of the equipment to get you started.
“We want to inspire residents to lead an active life,” said Kristene Scott, Commissioner, Community Services. “I encourage everyone to try out one of our many fitness classes or centres and see how we can help you reach your fitness goals”.
The Town of Milton offers flexible and affordable active living passes to help residents meet their fitness goals. You can choose from single or 10 visit passes or purchase an annual fitness pass that gives you unlimited access to fitness centres, drop in fitness classes, drop in swimming, use of walking tracks and drop in skating. If you don’t know where to begin or need that extra motivation, try personal training. Work with certified staff to create a fitness plan to suit you and your goals. To sign up for your free week, stop by any recreation centre.
