Two Milton Youths Facing Charges After Targeting Unlocked Vehicles

Overnight on September 16 2017, thieves targeted the Beaty Trail area of Milton focusing on unlocked vehicles parked at residences.  Items taken during the theft spree included wallets, gift cards and currency which were left inside the unsecured vehicles. These cards were later utilized at several businesses on Main Street in Milton.

On the 6th of October 2017 investigators from the 1 District Street Crime Unit arrested two Milton youths for their alleged involvement.  The youths who cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act  were later released and are facing a combined eight Fraud related criminal charges.
