Break and Enter Suspects Nabbed in Milton

Milton investigators uncover drugs and stolen property after executing search warrant.

Since October 2018, numerous condominium residents across Milton have reported that their basement storage lockers had been broken into and the contents stolen by unknown culprits.

In early November 2018, investigators with the 1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau identified persons of interest in these offences and began an investigation.

On November 27, 2018, detectives and uniform officers executed a Criminal Code search warrant at a Milton residence. A number of items including stolen property, computers, documents and identification were recovered.  In addition officers also seized just under 40 grams of crystal methamphetamine and heroin.

A female and male were found in the residence and arrested. As a result 39 year old Christopher Lougheed of Milton is facing the following charges:

  • Break and enter
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Possession of schedule 1 substance
  • 2 counts of Theft under $5000

The female, 23 year old Taylor Eugenio of London is facing the following charges:

  • Theft of motor vehicle
  • Possession of property obtained by crime
  • Unauthorized use of credit card
  • Theft under $5,000
