Premier Doug Ford announced the appointment of Milton Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) Parm Gill as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing is Steve Clark. “I am honoured to be appointed as Parliamentary Assistant. I have worked with Minister Clark on a number of files to date and look forward to now contributing to the overall success of the Ministry going forward.” MPP Gill said.
The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing works with municipal partners and community stakeholders to promote and support local governments to plan, manage and invest in their communities’ futures. The Ministry helps ensure the land use planning system protects what is valuable while enabling and managing growth.
“I am thrilled to have Parm join the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. He will be a valuable resource to me as we undertake a number of important housing initiatives across the province,” Clark said.
