Milton is under a weather alert for today. Environment Canada forecasts the potential of up to 25 mm of rain starting sometime today, lasting into this evening.
Some areas may experience freezing rain this morning. Rain will be heavy throughout the day. Flooding is possible. “The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall,” Environment Canada said.
