The Town Of Milton is starting work on its Transportation Master Plan (TMP). Its goal is to define a network of walking, cycling and transit routes, as well as keeping the streets safe for the movement of people and goods. It will connect Milton with neighbouring municipalities, and the surrounding region. The first feedback session took place on December 1, 2016. The second is scheduled for the spring of 2017.
The Town invites feedback from residents. Visit their website to learn more about the plan including how to provide feedback through their interactive survey. The survey is available until February 17, 2017. The TMP will lay the groundwork for transportation in Milton until 2031, and beyond.
