The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) have again arrested two men accused in connection with a sexual assault investigation. Michel Riad and Mostafa Ezzat are facing new charges after additional victims have come forward.
Michel Riad has been charged with:
- Making Child Pornography
- Posession of Child Pornography
- 2 counts sexual assault
- Gang Assault
19-year old Mostafa Ezzat has been charged with:
- Utter Threats
- Forcible Confinement
- 4 counts of sexual assault
- Gang Sexual Assault
- Making Child pornography
The accused, both aged 19, were detained on January 8, 2022 after additional victims were identified in relation to incidents that occurred between 2019 and 2021.
HRPS is aware that there could be other victims out there. Anyone with information, is asked to call the Child Abuse Sexual Assault (CASA) Unit at: 905-465-8970. Sexual assault is any touching of another person without their consent. It can range from unwanted touching to sexual assault involving penetration. There is no statue of limitations to when it comes to reporting this crime. HRPS Victim services Unit can be reached at: 905-825-4777 for support.
