The Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit investigated an incident of historical sexual assault allegedly perpetrated by a medical doctor in Oakville. The victim in this matter was an adult female patient. As a result of the investigation Dr. Clarence Clottey, 56 years, of Oakville faces a charge of sexual assault.
